prices

All prices are correct at time of going to press, but are subject to increase without notice, due to circumstances beyond Purely Promotional Gifts control.

quantities

Personalised printed goods may be subject to 5% over/under run, and will be charged accordingly.

artwork & proofs

Paper/ email /fax proofs are free of charge.

artwork requirements

Preferred formats for screen printed pens is vector-based EPS (.eps), Illustrator (.ai) or CorelDraw (.cdr), for PC. All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines. Please always ensure you include your required print colour(s) stating pantone colour references where necessary.

A PDF proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of your order showing how your artwork will look on your chosen product. We ask you to check this very carefully and, once you approve it, we will then proceed to print.

liability

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, there is no liability for delays which is beyond Purely Promotional Gifts control. In the event of Purely Promotional Gifts supplying inaccurate or faulty goods, credit will only be given if the entire shipment is returned.

terms of payment

First order: payment with order (ProForma invoice). Orders subsequently: strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Title to the goods will not pass to the Client until payment is received in full.

carriage & vat

All prices are exclusive of postage, carriage and VAT.

delivery

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, any delivery date specified is a ‘best estimate’ and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay in delivery of the goods.

Express deliveries can usually be arranged, but maybe subject to additional charges at current prices.

claims and acceptance

The Client must notify Purely Promotional Gifts within two days from delivery date of any matter they may claim that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the Client fails to give such notice it shall conclusively be determined that the goods are as to quality, number and in all other respects in agreement with the contract and that the Client has accepted them.

You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be held reliable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless it is noted on the delivery note at time of delivery.

Goods are only returnable with our expressed agreement and will not be accepted back without prior arrangement.

cancellations

A 30% charge will be made on all cancelled orders, together with a charge for all work carried out up to the date of written cancellation.

cookies

Our website uses ‘cookies’. A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as the customer, and the pages you have visited. The only personal information a cookie contains is the information that you have supplied yourself. Our cookies do not read data from your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites that you have visited.
