Stamped Hard Enamel Badges provide a hard wearing finish when only the best will do. The process begins with your clients design stamped in to the metal and in-filled with hard enamel. Metal key lines are used to separate the colours and the badge is then set at a very high temperature. Once this stage is completed the badges will be highly polished to give a smooth finish. Epoxy is not needed on this badge.
